Production

Nothing prepares you for the intensity of a micro budget shoot and post, which pushes you and a crew to it’s very limits. As ‘Gracie’s’ writer, director and main producer, the pressure was immense!  But I was also completely unprepared for just how wonderful a lot of the crew were, some of whom were first timers and it was a brilliant experience for all involved. I made many friends. I also think that this tough route is still the best way to learn how the industry works, and the reality is that it is fast becoming the only option for many new film makers. Nothing teaches production skills quite like necessity and the passion to express whatever it is you want to say to an audience.

I am always interested in working on productions, both creative, commercial, and corporate. I believe that  for a modern production to succeed,  many different production skills are required.  So, if you are looking for a producer or can help with one of my projects, get in touch at – janecreates@23-films.com
